Congratulations! Your life just got a little easier. You’ve found “A Matter of Life and Tech,” where functionality meets fun, and I deliver lifestyle with a tech edge!

My entire life, I’ve been driven by an innate curiosity to know why things work the way they do. This strong desire to unlock the world pushed me to earn a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Telecommunications and Networking Engineering.

Later, in my experiences as a senior systems engineer, I discovered many answers about how technology works, yet there was still a more meaningful question I wanted to explore: how can technology enrich and empower our everyday lives?

Out of this desire to connect you with the tech know-how to transform your world, this blog (and my tech-life media pursuits) was born. You can count on me to break down tech-life news in a way you can mentally download without crashing – all with a dash of wit, charm and style!

So here I am, using my technical expertise to help transform lives – from introducing you to gadgets that make your day more productive to providing the latest scoop on social media.

Are you ready to get your tech-life on track? Welcome to “A Matter of Life and Tech!”

      Hi Crystal,

thanks so much for getting in touch and for the kind words! I think it would be absolutely awesome if every student could have an iPad in their classroom. And I did a little digging, and there is actually a blog devoted to sharing information about how you can use them effectively with students. Check out http://www.ipadinschools.com, I think you might find it pretty useful.

And yes, I do motivational speaking all the time! If you send me some info about the group you’d like me to speak to, we can try to work something out. Thanks again for your support, take care!

  3. Steph, thanks for your recent tweet about HopStop; I’m glad you enjoy the service. Speaking of, I noticed that this blog post of yours is broken / isn’t active (http://www.amatteroflifeandtech.com/blog/tech-life/oh-snapp-get-a%E2%80%A6l-with-hopstop/) and unfortunately I never got a chance to see/read it. Can you potentially fix it and send me the new link? If so, then we’ll be sure to post it on our In The News page (http://www.hopstop.com/about/in-the-news).

    Thanks,

    – Joe Meyer (CEO, HopStop)
